01 Introduction

Welcome to AZ Jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and AZ Jili ("AZ Jili," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at azjili.click.

03 Account Registration

One Account Per Member

Each person may hold only one account on AZ Jili. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AZ Jili username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. AZ Jili will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact AZ Jili support immediately so that your account can be secured without delay.

Verification (KYC)

AZ Jili may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and documentation of payment methods used. This is standard industry practice for anti-money laundering compliance. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on AZ Jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). There are no currency conversion fees applied by AZ Jili on standard transactions. Amounts displayed on the platform are in PHP at all times.

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit Processing

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by AZ Jili as promptly as possible. For fully verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are generally processed on the same day. Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months or more will be classified as dormant. AZ Jili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant account balances after appropriate notice has been provided to the account holder's registered contact details. Members are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their accounts active.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

AZ Jili offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specified in each promotion's individual terms:

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in that promotion's terms.

Rebate and Cashback Offers

Where AZ Jili offers rebate or cashback promotions, these are calculated based on qualifying net losses over the specified period and credited automatically or on request as stated in the specific promotion terms. Rebate amounts credited as bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements unless otherwise stated.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on AZ Jili are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. Key general betting rules applicable across AZ Jili include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. AZ Jili does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under game-specific rules.

• AZ Jili reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any member, game, or market at any time and without prior notice. This applies to accounts suspected of professional wagering strategies intended to exploit pricing inefficiencies.
• Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance automatically following the conclusion of the relevant event or game round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AZ Jili. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using AZ Jili for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on AZ Jili's platform, software, or content.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other members or interferes with AZ Jili's operations.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

AZ Jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable law.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Where required by applicable regulatory or legal obligations.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach under investigation, AZ Jili will conduct its review within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation clears the member, the account will be reinstated and any withheld legitimate funds will be released. If the breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and AZ Jili reserves the right to retain any balance associated with the breach.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to close their AZ Jili account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

09 Responsible Gaming

AZ Jili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all members. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress. AZ Jili offers the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.

11 Intellectual Property

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the AZ Jili platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No member may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any AZ Jili content without prior written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AZ Jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or account access resulting from technical issues beyond AZ Jili's reasonable control.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the platform where such information was subject to technical error.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of AZ Jili in breach of these Terms.

AZ Jili's total liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits AZ Jili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be limited by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

AZ Jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, AZ Jili will notify members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. For minor amendments, notice may be given by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of AZ Jili after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. AZ Jili is committed to resolving any member disputes fairly and promptly.

Dispute Process

If you have a dispute with AZ Jili relating to your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other matter, you should first contact AZ Jili's customer support team and provide full details of the complaint. AZ Jili aims to resolve all disputes within five to fourteen business days of receiving complete information from the member.

AZ Jili's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility is final, subject to the dispute resolution process above. Members who remain unsatisfied with a resolution outcome may escalate the matter through the relevant regulatory channel applicable to their jurisdiction.
